We need your help!

If you are a business looking to develop your Corporate Social Responsibility you could support our programme by:

Providing Volunteers

We are currently recruiting volunteers from local businesses. This involves a commitment of an hour per week during term time (approximately 37 weeks per year). Many of the children who attend the schools we work with have low life aspirations. Providing volunteers for our schools offers the children regular contact with someone that acts as a positive role model for them. It is a huge benefit in raising their aspirations!

Also, evidence shows that giving employees the opportunity to take part in voluntary work can improve their mental health and well-being. Research from the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) found that:

Over three-quarters of volunteers (77%) reported that volunteering improved their mental health and wellbeing.
Those who volunteer through employer-supported volunteering report the same benefits as those doing other forms of volunteering.

Fundraising and Sponsorship

The cost of recruiting, training and co-ordinating the placement of volunteers to support 20 children is £2880. Help us raise money to support as many children as possible in Leeds by:

Organising fundraising events in the workplace – raffles, donations of pre-loved children’s books, sponsored events, dress down days, cake sales, etc.
Choosing Community Learning Partnerships as your Charity of the Year.
Pro-Bono donations. Click here to make a one-off donation.
